Chancellor James Kent is a work by American artist Rembrandt Peale (1778 - 1860). It's one portrait oil on canvas painting created in 1834-1835. The painting is owned by the museum of National Portrait Gallery - Washington DC, one of the museums with the most Rembrandt Peale works, and is accessible to the general public. Rembrandt Peale was influenced by Neoclassicism, and made most paintings about portrait and figure and tableau.
