Nandina and Rooster is a work by Japanese artist Itō Jakuchū (1716 - 1800). It's one animal ink and color on silk scroll painting created in 1761-1765. The painting is owned by the museum of Sannomaru Shozokan, one of the museums with the most Itō Jakuchū works, and is accessible to the general public. Itō Jakuchū made most paintings about animal and flower and tree.
For faithful reproductions, our artists will study the oeuvre and techniques of Itō Jakuchū. You may customize the painting's size and frame, for décor or gifting, from 10" by 18" to size as huge as a wall. Our artists use oil on canvas by default. You may also request non-oil media, such as the original media. Covet a museum's antique frame?
