Andromeda and the Nereids

Andromeda and the Nereids is a work by French artist Théodore Chassériau (1819 - 1856). It's one nude oil on canvas painting created in 1840. The painting is owned by the museum of Musée du Louvre, one of the museums with the most Théodore Chassériau works, and is accessible to the general public. Théodore Chassériau was influenced by Romanticism, and made most paintings about portrait and sketch and study.
