• Full Refund: If you prefer not to proceed with the artwork, you may request a full refund. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of your request. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-15 days.

If the online preview does not fully meet your expectations and you are still unsatisfied after receiving the artwork, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your painting. The process is as follows:

• Request a Return: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your painting to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return address.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the tracking code of your return package, we will issue a full refund within 48 hours. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-15 days.
