Carlos IV is a work by world-famous Spanish artist Francisco de Goya y Lucientes (1746 - 1828). It's one portrait oil on canvas painting created in 1789. The painting is owned by the museum of Museo Nacional del Prado, one of the museums with the most Francisco de Goya y Lucientes works, and is accessible to the general public. Francisco de Goya y Lucientes was influenced by Romanticism, and made most paintings about figure and tableau and portrait.
