David

David is a work by Italian artist Lorenzo Monaco (ca. 1370 - 1425). It's one portrait tempera on panel gold ground painting created in 1408-1410. The painting is owned by Metropolitan Museum of Art - New York, NY, one of the museums with the most Lorenzo Monaco works, and is accessible to the general public. Lorenzo Monaco was influenced by Early Renaissance, and made most paintings about figure and tableau and portrait.
