Der Pülcher

Der Pülcher is a work by Austrian artist Josef Engelhart (1864 - 1941). It's one portrait tempera on paper painting created in 1888. The painting is owned by the museum of Österreichische Galerie Belvedere - Vienna, one of the museums with the most Josef Engelhart works, and is accessible to the general public.
