Jenny and Genevieve is a work by American artist Florine Stettheimer (1871 - 1944). It's one portrait oil on canvas painting created in 1915-1916. The painting is owned by the museum of Avery Architectural and Fine Arts Library, Columbia University, one of the museums with the most Florine Stettheimer works, and is accessible to the general public. Florine Stettheimeris a female artist, an unusual sight among the men painters of her day. Florine Stettheimer was influenced by Modernism, and made most paintings about figure and tableau and portrait.
