Madonna and Child

Madonna and Child, also Litta Madonna, is a work by world-famous Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci (1452 - 1519). It's one portrait tempera on canvas transferred from panel painting created in 1495. The painting is owned by The State Hermitage Museum - St Petersburg, and is accessible to the general public. Leonardo da Vinci was influenced by High Renaissance, and made most paintings about portrait and sketch and study.
