Madonna and Child, also The Madonna of the Rose, is a work by Italian artist Parmigianino (1503 - 1540). It's one figure and tableau oil on panel painting created in 1529-1530. The painting is owned by the museum of Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister - Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden, and is accessible to the general public. Parmigianino was influenced by Mannerism (Late Renaissance), and made most paintings about portrait and figure and tableau.
