Madonna with the Yarnwinder (The Lansdowne Madonna) is a work by world-famous Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci (1452 - 1519). It's one figure and tableau oil on panel, transferred to canvas and later relaid on panel painting created in 1510. The painting is owned by the museum of Buccleuch Living Heritage Trust, and is accessible to the general public. Leonardo da Vinci was influenced by High Renaissance, and made most paintings about portrait and sketch and study.
For faithful reproductions, our artists will study the oeuvre and techniques of Leonardo da Vinci. The original painting of Madonna with the Yarnwinder (The Lansdowne Madonna) is about 14" wide and 20" high. You may customize the painting's size and frame, for décor or gifting, from 11" by 16" to size as huge as a wall. Our artists use oil on canvas by default. You may also request non-oil media.
