Noonday Rest

Noonday Rest is a work by Dutch artist Adriaen van de Velde (1636 - 1672). It's one animal oil on canvas painting created in 1663. The painting is owned by the museum of The Wallace Collection - London, and is accessible to the general public. Adriaen van de Velde was influenced by Dutch Golden Age and Baroque, and made most paintings about figure and tableau and landscape.
