Rotterdam

Rotterdam is a work by French artist Paul Signac (1863 - 1935). It's one seascape graphite painting created in 1906. The painting is owned by Metropolitan Museum of Art - New York, NY, one of the museums with the most Paul Signac works, and is accessible to the general public. Paul Signac was influenced by Neo-Impressionism, and made most paintings about sketch and study and seascape.
