Self Portrait

Self Portrait is a work by Swiss artist Angelica Kauffmann (1741 - 1807). It's one portrait oil on canvas painting created in 1764. The painting is owned by the museum of Saltram House - National Trust, one of the museums with the most Angelica Kauffmann works, and is accessible to the general public. Angelica Kauffmannis a female artist, an unusual sight among the men painters of her day. Angelica Kauffmann was influenced by Neoclassicism, and made most paintings about portrait and figure and tableau.
