The Baptism

The Baptism is a work by world-famous Greek artist El Greco (1541 - 1614). It's one figure and tableau oil on canvas painting created in 1596-1600. The painting is owned by the museum of Museo Nacional del Prado, one of the museums with the most El Greco works, and is accessible to the general public. El Greco was influenced by Mannerism (Late Renaissance), and made most paintings about figure and tableau and portrait.
